We are now using Inova for Time Off Requests. With Inova, you will now be able to do the following: Request Time off, View Your Time Off Calendar, and View Accrued Paid Time Off.
Here is some key information on getting started -
If you would like the App search ‘HCMToGo’ in your mobile app store and download the app to be able to access Inova and Request Time Off from your mobile device.
Company ID (Shortname) is Mangold - Online and Mobile App both use the same username and password.
Inova Username: First Initial + Last Name + Birth Month Number.
Example for John Doe born in December: JDoe12
Password Setup: If you have not already set up your Inova account, select Forgot Password and follow the prompts to create a new one and log in.
