Golden Ticket Recognition Program - How It Works

Mangold Horticulture has developed a program to recognize employees who exemplify the Company core values in their day-to-day work.

The Company Core Values are:

Lead

Results

Employees can be recognized for a variety of reasons, but the recognition must tie back to a specific core value listed above.

How the program works:

The recognition program works in a ticketed process. Employees acknowledged for their behavior can be awarded a Golden Ticket. The ticket will detail which core value the employee demonstrated and will be signed by the award giver. The employee must keep all their Golden Tickets until they have enough to turn them in for a prize. Once they are ready, they turn in their tickets and request an online link to a specific prize of their choosing. All prizes will be redeemed from our team website: www.mhortteam.com. You must have earned enough Golden Tickets in order to redeem them.

Any Mangold Horticulture employee is eligible to earn tickets. Tickets must be given to someone else (i.e. you cannot give yourself a ticket). Tickets do not have an expiration date, have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be reused once redeemed. Lost tickets will not be reissued.

Redemption of Prize:

1)       Our prize selection is available to view on the team website, www.mhortteam.com.

2)       Employees choose their prize(s) based on how many tickets they have and want to redeem and submit their request online.

3)       Turn in the proper number of tickets into the Admin team for prize redemption.

4)       Then the employee will receive a confirmation email with instructions from the Admin team.

5)       The employee will click the link and fill out their information to redeem the prize, if applicable.

Giving out a Golden Ticket:

When awarding a Golden Ticket, the giver must specify the Core Value being recognized.

The following must be on the ticket upon awarding a Golden Ticket:

1)       The recipient’s name.

2)       The date the ticket is awarded.

3)       The name of the person who awarded the Golden Ticket

4)       A brief comment or note.
